Fifty-nine year old Fatima undergoes a successful operation to eradicate breast cancer
Fatima is a fifty-nine year old widow living a difficult life since her husband passed away fourteen years ago. During these years, she struggled to work so that she may raise her children and take care of her house. As time passed, she discovered a sharp pain forcing her to undertake the necessary tests only to reveal that she was afflicted with cancer of the right breast. She praised Allah despite her calamity. She continued suffering with this pain for three months until she was granted; Partners International Medical Aid came to her relief by funding the surgical procedure to remove the diseased mass from her right breast. All praise be to Allah, she underwent the operation and is now well. Fatima extends her thanks and appreciation to the individuals at Partners International Medical Aid for their honourable gesture for her and for the patients of Gaza. She prays for them to continue their services and progress in assisting the poor and standing with them.
