Once you are satisfied to donate to a needy patient or provide an item of medical equipment, you will be required to choose a suitable method of payment. The payment will not conclude if the amount donated is not deposited in our bank account as noted on the pages of the website. Under no circumstances will we be responsible for the amount or charges of any incomplete payment.

Upon completion of the payment, you may cancel the donation within 24 hours of making the donation by a written request to cancel the donation. 10% of the amount will be deducted to compensate for bank charges and typical administration.

Cancellation policy

In a case of you not being pleased with the service donated towards, you may request a maximum refund of 50% of the value of the donation depending on the justifications of your request and the available facts.
